So before I watch The Last Crusade (I was too nervous as to what it was about and intentionally spoiled the plot for myself), I wanted to take a moment and say one last goodbye to my old headcanon that Scootaloo was the adopted daughter of Berry Punch.
 
The headcanon was that Scootaloo had been anonymously been dropped off at an adoption agency when she was an infant, and 19-year old Berry Punch adopted her. Now to avoid causing Scootaloo grief over knowing she had been adopted, Berry never told her, but while going through legal documents one day, Scootaloo came across her adoption form and ended up finding out anyways, leading to the scene depicted in the image. What happened after the image, was basically Scootaloo leaving for a few days out of spite, before finally returning.
 
Of course, Last Crusade came along and crushed this, which forced me to re-work and throw out some episode/story ideas I had. That was irritating.
 
Worst part I think is that as of right now (which mind you, is prior to watching the episode), I still prefer my old headcanon to what was actually presented.
