Nobody ever invites her to these diplomatic events because she has zero interest in any diplomacy, but she always shows up because there’s free food. Usually the same chain of events occurs: she hovers around the buffet, flirts with Shining Armor in the most low-brow way possible, and gets chased off by Princess Cadance while Princess Celestia laughs and Princess Luna face-hoofs XD
