When Diamond fell for Apple Bloom she did not expect the hard time she going to have. She did not hide her feelings, but even when she was direct (like really direct), it seemed like it flew over the apple pony’s head. And, well, it did, but not because Apple Bloom was naive or slow on the uptake. Or at least, not fully.
 
She together with her friends had a share of adventures in connection to love (From trying to hook up Big Mac and Cheerilee to helping Sugar Belle with her proposal. Suprisingly they were all in connection to Big Mac, but that’s besides the point.), so it wasn’t unknown to her. However, it was not something part of HER life. She didn’t feel romantic love towards any pony before nor had any pony fell for her. So does Diamond actually shows attraction towards her or is she just misinterpreting her? After all, while their relationship wasn’t the friendliest, for years now they been close friends. She saw friendship turning into something more around her, but can it happen to her too? Can SHE feel more towards Diamond?

Originally I was planning a different drawing to post (that one is actually done and everything, so gonna post that tomorrow), BUT I felt like it needs a bit of a build up, cos it’s about these two.
 
So I drew this collection of drawings, done in a style I really like to use, but I never and up actually using.^^’’’  
I wanted to keep this simple, but ended up being more complex, as per usual.
