Apple Bloom’s shadow flowed up her legs like black serpents, sheathing and covering spots of her body in a glistening black
second skin. The filly remained still during the process. With this completed she slowly started moving around Stone
Mane’s bedroom. After a second she grinned and looked over at the colt who was sitting silently at his writing desk.

“There ya go! I’m shiny! What ya think?” The filly reared up and then gracefully laid down
on to the colt’s bed. She rolled over onto her side and looked over her shoulder at him.

“I was a thinking I’d a wear this ta dance we’re a going ta.” Slowed she rolled on to her back and looked at him. “Do ya like it?”
