Yeah as you can see that 28 pranks later episode from the G4 era was horrifying because of rainbow cookie zombies. However there was an Earthbound rom hack that is Halloween themed (and yeah I hated that rom hack because: 1) too many bad words. 2) it’s hard. 3) the story doesn’t make sense.) so I came up an idea of a parody of 28 pranks later and EB:HH. And the story goes like this (by all means that it’s an alternate story of 28 pranks later, not the original one.(and yet I didn’t watch the episode because I’m terrified about these type of zombies)):
 
During the events of 28 Pranks later, Apple bloom just witnessed the rainbow cookie zombies and went to warn the other CMC members. After Apple bloom told them, Scootaloo came up with an insane idea to take care of the zombies that Apple bloom witnessed. Scootaloo went outside to grab a shotgun and started shooting at zombies…
 
After Scootaloo shot all the zombies, she went ahead to bury the zombies so Apple bloom won’t have to worry about it. However a couple days have passed and no pony knew what happened the last couple of days. It was that moment that somehow in one faithful night the rainbow cookie zombies became accual Zombies and started to dig up the ground and find brains. However there was one zombie that woke up and didn’t act like any other zombie. It was Spike, Spike had woken up underground and dug his way out. After he dug out he felt like he doesn’t feel well. However he doesn’t know what just happened but he did remember what had happen to twilight. So he decided to head out to the dragon lands and ask Ember what was wrong with him.
 
Meanwhile in the dragons lands, Ember was sleeping in her home until that knock came about. After Ember heard the knock she got up and went to the door to find out what’s going on… By the time she reached the door and opened the door, she saw Spike…
 
She was shocked out what had Spike happened to him. She saw that Spike looked zombie-ish, He had some body parts that are rotten and his eyeball looked yellow-ish. Spike said in a weak voice: “E.. Ember… I need… help…”. Ember told him to come in and then she put him in a place where he wasn’t allowed to go out and eat brains from dragons. However Spike was confused why is she doing this and he asked her why is she doing this. Ember sighed and went to grab a mirror to explain why. By the time she got back with the mirror, Spike looked at the mirror to see his reflection…
 
Spike freaked out after seeing what had happened to him. Spike was worried because he doesn’t want to become a zombie, so he asked Ember this: “Ember, Is there a way to fix this?… I can’t go out like this… I CAN’T!”  
Ember was thinking that maybe her staff would do the trick. She went ahead to grab her staff and come back to fix Spike. She tried to use the staff to fix him, but it didn’t work out. Ember had no other choice but to go outside and find the cure the zombie effect. Before she went out Spike warned her about twilight sparkle that what had happened to her. Ember nodded and said: “Alright I’ll be careful.”. So Ember went out and this is the beginning of her zombie apocalypse adventure.
 

 
Yeah I choose Ember as a first protagonist/Bounty hunter of this story. Because there’s a role about a bounty hunter to be the hero. And yeah this is really starting to get that Halloween Hack vibe…
 
I hope this story that I had came up with to become a rom hack.
 
And right now I’m not gonna do the other sprites for the Halloween rom hack story that I came up with Because it’s kinda messy to make ones with blood and gore like the original Halloween hack that Toby made.
