Here’s a big fan favorite: Cream Heart, a.k.a. Button Mash’s mom! I also included Button himself cuz he’s KIND OF an OC since someone in the fandom gave him a personality and voice and such despite being a character designed by staff of the official show (also, they updating him with slightly brighter colors in season 5 for some reason). Besides, drawing these two like this was too good of an idea to ignore. :3

Now I just found out that Berry Sweet was the one who designed her so I guess that technically makes her their OC, but Jan used and animated her so I owe him a lot of credit too. Either way, she’s an adorable character that has really inspired lots of fans and so is Button! I am so sad that Jan could not go any further with his planned series for Button due to the C&D, but I do hope that one day other people will find a way to continue it themselves. There is always hope that it can happen, let’s just hope Hasbro’s lawyers lay off next time.
