I will never comprehend what the powers that be were trying to say with this character. I assume it’s something along the lines of “psychotic children must be tried as adults and put down like dogs”. My opinion on same isn’t what’s important, but why bring up the subject of punishing murderous eight-year-olds on the small children’s TV show platform? In a show populated by capable adult characters who will have no choice but to punch down? Uncomfortable and bizarre.  
Anyway, Happy All Hallow’s Eve-Eve! I presume Cozy’s Nightmare Night attire made it into her regular rotation, to give her something appropriate to wear whilst pursuing a bit of the old ultra-violence.
