Sergeant Darren Cuffs followed his annual tradition. He donned his dress uniform and loaded his Springfield 1903, slinging it over his back he marched his way to his father’s grave. Once he finally reached his father’s tombstone, his hooves clicked together and he stood at a stone still position of attention.
 
The stallion from 0800 to 2000 wouldn’t move from this post. He promised himself every father’s day, he would take the day off and guard his father’s tomb. So there he stands. Still as can be. Ready to defend his father in the ways he wished he could’ve those years ago.
