decided to make a reference sheet for Oats.  
the design for Oats was for him to appear generic looking.

wanted him to sorta look like a background pony.

for his “MISTFORD” outfit I was aiming for a victorian looking style.  
Oats’ talent is being good at forgery  
he’s good at copying other creatures writing  
also, he’s talented when comes to translating written words  
he may not be able to speak it but he could read it
