She is a very energetic and outgoing mare with a cheerful and upbeat personality, who lives to make and see other ponies smile
 
She works traveling around Equestria, as a motivational speaker, who wants to make sure that ponies and other creatures learn to love eachother and themselves.
 
Although she is often very loud and energetic, and it seems like she is permanently stuck on “11”, she does have a much more softer, quite and sensitive side, for when the pony she is trying to help really needs it. She is also an expert listener, who is very calm and pantient when listening to others talking about their problems.
