Description
Like her brothers, Misty has pretty strong weather control especially around water and clouds, but unlike them, she has trouble controlling them outside of her feelings. When she feels moody or anxious (which happens fairly easily and often) or just wants to get away from everypony, she often flies up and takes a nap on the fluffiest cloud she can find. Depending on her mood or if she’s dreaming, the clouds around her can start raining.
