at the end of the human technologist war. the princess twilight sparkle was captured and on the way to become a war ciborg on the captured city of canterlot  
the young hero, now know as scootaloo the dopted daughter of the princess. was on charge of rescue, supply and support missions aboard her own made ship  
the communications of the ship were damaged leavin just the radio receptor, the humans proclaimed their victory on the public radio signal. declaring their plan’s to use the power of the princes as some kind of last weapon. that was the last time that the ship was seen on the ground
 
she used a R.E.B.S. (royal emergency broadcast station) inside the ship, to approach every mayor power on equis within the hope to obtain intelligence and telemetry to breach the force field that surrounded the capital, using an experimental weapon to break it  
By brute Force
 
she didn’t know that the station transmitted to every able radio or tv on equis
