SO! I only just recently heard about the possibility that MLP will be ending after this upcoming season, and that we’d get a reboot (keep your Slowpoke memes to yourself!) I saw some supposed leaked concept art and I have to admit, I did not care for the race swaps between Pinkie, Twilight, and Fluttershy. I mean most of the characters tend to have some familiarity between incarnations, but this time they are kind of drastically shifting that around. Not going to lie, hope they shift the characters back to their normal races before they actually finalize them, but after Alicorn Twilight I’m not holding my breath.
 
ANYWAY, in the spirit of that I drew this. Not going to lie, the original idea was to make a unicorn version of Twilight that was more unique - maybe an odd bit of jewelry or flare here or there to make her feel magical - but her mane got in the way of a few of my ideas and I didn’t want to risk changing it too much lest it become unfamiliar, so I just ended up making what I saw in the concept art of Twilight, but with a horn. Still, I tried some new stuff with it, and rather liked it, so I posted it anyway.
