Another style presentation. One of the reasons I do these is to gain better appreciation for different forms, like I did with the ears (>>1629934). But also I realized this was possibly a good demonstration how you can’t really claim poor anatomy as “style”. Proper follow-through on anatomy will provide some kind of structure that can be molded and followed. I kept the top half of the head the same, and altered the necks to be thinner than most because that’s what I personally prefer, but you can see the functionality transition from neck to top of head.
I really like to see artists, especially those who aren’t animating or working with vectors, try and move away from the show-style and branch out in trying to express the unique aspects of what they want to show.
Next one probably be eyes or horns.
