When Sentinel Shield was a filly in boot camp, it was hard for her to focus on her training. While it was mostly because the royal guard just wasn’t her passion, it could also be chalked up to her constantly pining over Commander Tempest’s son, Ski Jump. He was cute, and strong, and smart, and all-around irresistible! Her heart couldn’t help but skip a beat whenever he was around.  
Sentinel’s friends didn’t get it, though. What’s the big deal with colts, anyway?
