In all seriousness, I really like how this turned out, but I definitely need the pencil-like outlines so I can make it work out better. I made the mistake of coloring some things without and… Well let’s just say my self-control isn’t nearly enough to finish a project like this in any reasonable time. So for now I’m going to do the ol’ draw the lines, do the flats and shade the flats… except I’m going to avoid using just special multiply and screen layers. They’re good in their own right, but nothing beats picking out the colors themselves.  
Next week, I think I’m going to do more “Before The Collective”. It needs some love.
