Crimson Heart (the pink one) and moonlight where once pretty close friends. The mature and calm Moonlight was always there to listen to Crimson vent about her powers and the corruption she had to keep pushed deep down and as far away from her as possible. While she is the daughter of Cadance and Shining Armor growing up in the crystal palace she had slowly become corrupted by the left over dark magic from Sombra. As such her own magic is slowly being consumed by the dark crystal magic much like Crystalline in ponyville.
 
Crimson Heart: Sighs I just don’t know….what if it never gets better?
 
Moonlight: Well I heard Twilight Sparkle was working with another who has a similar problem maybe you could speak to her about it.
 
Crimson Heart: my Aunt? no she’s probably much to busy to add my problems to her list…I just feel so empty Moon. I’m starting to question why I try.
 
Moonlight: Don’t talk like that Crimson look you should talk to Twilight I am sure she would be willing to help you.
 
Crimson Heart: ….I suppose….maybe tomorrow.
