Unlike the original, who has boundless selflessness despite his featherbrain, mean Vic is selfish and only cares about himself. (and he cares very little about anything at all so he doesn’t even care much for himself) He’s also purposely annoying, he likes to verbally and physically irritate anypony he sees, it’s fun, he doesn’t care how they react, but slinging vulgar insults and unwanted pokes is highly entertaining regardless of outcome. He gets tired and lazy very easily though, and he hates flying as it takes too much effort, so he just lays around and naps. He has a very low outlook on anything, so life is not a priority and he doesn’t really care about the outcome of his existence. He shouldn’t exist anyway. He had fun insulting somepony anyway.
 
I have no idea what his shirt would be if you could see it, so just imagine something. I moved the ears around for expression and now he looks like a grumpy cat. I don’t know why he’s shedding feathers, he’s an imperfect clone maybe he’s broken.
