Funny story, I decided to try BF1 again. Since I’m writing a story that’s set at that sort of tech level, it’s always kinda fun to imagine the similarities there. But honestly, I find BF1 just a bit lacking - usually I’m a huge vehicle buff, but vehicle gameplay is a bit frustrating in it so I often go medic, instead. There’s something rather rewarding about saving downed teammates and generally being helpful in that way. Made me imagine being nurse Redheart as a medic in The Great War.
 
So I decided to make an emblem of her orig00.deviantart.net/ada1/f/2… , and I was so happy with how that turned out I decided to make a little piece of art based off of it.
 
You only see emblems when someone kills you, though (or when it’s painted on a vehicle that person is driving). Had a kinda funny thought, like “Redheart is sorry she killed you.”
 
May build off of this to do a full scene at some point. It could be a powerful one.
