Rasta is about 8 when she meets ‘Snowy’. Snowy was about 10. They hit it off right away and became really close. She was his ‘marefriend’, he was her ‘coltfriend’. They even had a little kiddy wedding! But Rasta was only there for as long as her father needed to be, and they had to leave. It took 10 years for her to be able to get back to Neigh Orleans, but he was gone. Off to Equestria somewhere.
 
It’s been 2 years since then. So they haven’t seen each other in 12 years. She still misses him. She may still have feelings for him that she grew to understand as she got older. Rasta’s trying to move on, and she does really like Casey. So she’s giving it her everything to give Casey a chance.
