Taken apart things look different. Somehow it’s much easier to create parts than a whole. No responsibility means no worries. And that’s the problem of drawing the whole. And why going step-by-step is so much more pleasant. No, judgment, no regrets, pure imagination. And as it provides a way of free drawing it actually boosts the skill, not hides behind comfort zone. Well, locally. In a long run it is much easier to just create separate pictures and it does become a trap. But when you need to take off to at least start gliding - that works. ^__
