I feel this one needs a bit extra explaining from me. First, yes, this picture leads to a rape, but I decided to go with questionable tag, instead of the semi-grimdark one, as lore-wise as written by Vivec (i.e. the raped person) this rape turned into consensual sex(yes, I know twisted).
 
Secondly, I didn’t label it as straight, gay, or lesbian, as Vivec’s sex as a mortal is vague (s/he could be originally male or female identifying as bi-gendered, intersex, or even actually being a fully functional biological hermaphrodite), and currently surelly is a hermaphrodite, and was one during his/her’s encounter with Molag Bal. Molag Bal appears feminine in this picture, as while he mostly appears as male, and is adressed as such in the description, he doesn’t really have a sex or gender, and is known to assume also a female form.
 
The vampire tag, is due to Molag Bal being the creator of vampires, being somewhat vampiric himself, and especially having a chibi vampire head as a cutie mark.
 
*Note - originally I incorrectly described Viec as starting out as male, but after re-reading lore, I can say it cannot be stated for sure, and Vivec quite probably allways was a person with a non-traditional gender identity).
