Description

Far too often when I browse the net I see hate towards older gens of MLP by the newer fandom. Even tho we speak of love and tolerance there’s a double message going on. Behind this curtain there’s hate towards older gens of ponies, but! Lemme tell you something, without these Lauren may never given us the ponies as they are today.Bonnie Zacherle, the designer of the first gen of MLP worked with Charles Muenchinger that sculpted the ponies. Without these, ponies wouldn’t existed today. As an artist it makes me sad to see the newer gen bashing on a craftsmanship, a product carefully designed. If you look on the link provided below, it will show you one of the prototype ponies hand carved in hard wax. If that isn’t creative, then I don’t know what is.mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Bubbles#…I’m not a big fan of neither “G2”, “G3” and the “G3.5”, but hay! I don’t bash ‘em. I just don’t bother about them, even if they don’t appeal to my standards of beauty in toys or design. Artist make errors, but just because you don’t like ‘em doesn’t give you the right to dick about it.TLDR; Respect the pony precursors as you’d respect the elderly. Since these helped lay the ground for the ponies we have today.
