Welp, this was supposed to be a gif of his colors changing, but I don’t have the tools for that, and anything I tried didn’t work. Shiz.
 
Also, his markings were changed with permission by the creator, and I was given permission to give him the changing colors. (Yes, they were inspired by Midna’s markings from Twilight Princess)

Glow Sticks (temporary name, feel free to suggest a better one) is a pegasus pony with known unicornic heritage. His markings are a mystery even to himself, as he has had them since birth, with no explanation. It wasn’t until around the age most fillies got their Cutie Marks did the odd patterns and his wings started glowing.
 
These markings and feathers actually change color based on his emotions and mood. Glow is unable to explain this phenomenon, as well as countless books and ponies.
 
Glow is a very perky pegasus, with a bright attitude and cheerful expression most of the time. He is eager to help others, even if he can be a bit clumsy. He means well, but that doesn’t mean he’s perfect. The little guy sometimes has two left hooves and ends op tripping on his own tail. He’s also a bit nervous sometimes, and can easily be put down but negative words. His self esteem (at times) is fragile, and he can be easily frightened.
 
At first, his markings can be a bit off putting, but he has learned to live with them and enjoy himself for who he is. He comes to love his markings at times, and little colts and fillies find them very fascinating.
 
One of Glow’s best friends is Paradox, a very small and (sometimes) grumpy Draconequus who can be sensitive about her height.
