Honestly if I had to compare Arachnid and Spirit to anyone as a couple it’d be Morticia and Gomez
 
For example-  
Morticia: Don’t torture yourself, Gomez- that’s my job.  
Morticia: Gomez, last night, you were unhinged. You were like some desperate, howling demon. You frightened me. [pause] Do it again!  
Gomez: How long has it been since we waltzed? Morticia: Oh, Gomez…hours.  
Gomez: [about Morticia] I would die for her. I would kill for her. Either way, what bliss.
