When Applejack realised that Granny Smith had caught some shrunken pegasi she immediately took them over to Twilight, who identified the ponies in the jar as the Wonderbolts. The two of them subsequently brought them to Princess Celestia, who’d wondered just had happened to the pegasi in question, but also wanted to know how Applejack found them. While Twilight left to research the subject of shrinking spells Applejack had to consider the best way to explain the fact that Granny Smith might’ve killed the Wonderbolts if they weren’t recognised as ponies.
