Apple Bloom finds herself in a strange alternative reality, where the Elements of Harmony were held by different ponies, Diamond Tiara is her best friend, and her parents are still alive. Aided by a version of the Doctor she’s never met before, Bloom tries to find what changed the world. But even if she finds it, can she bear to change it back?
