Parents: Discord and Pinkie Pie. Raised by Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich along with her siblings.
 
Special Talent: none, but she’s dubbed herself, “the queen of social life”. (She’s very good at making sure everyone is having a good time)
 
Species: alicorn draconequus hybrid. (In this ref she is under her pony disguise, which is a unicorn.)
 
Brief Backstory:  
Discord and Pinkie Pie hooked up a few times over the course of a year. Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich were in an open relationship (and all three hooked up occasionally). Eventually, Discord barfed up an egg. Cheese and Pinkie were having trouble having kids, so the introduction of a small child was welcomed.
 
As Neopolitan grew older, Pinkie and Sandwich raised her, (eventually giving her some siblings to play with). Discord popped by whenever he could to help out. And give impromptu presents and chaos lessons.
 
She grew up always helping out other people (although, she sometimes got her social cues a bit wrong). And eventually grew to be a great Social Butterfly.
 
Her real job is a party planner, with side jobs of baking and delivering her goods.
