Chinese Traditional Medicine is fueling extinction of rare animals, because it promotes the idea that rhino horns and tiger penises are nature’s viagra. Also rich chinese want to show off by serving tiger penis soup to their guests.

Sorry this one’s not as funny as the others. I read about the Andean bear, which is really cute, becoming endangered because of poaching and I got sad.
 

 
It really made no sense that Chinese Traditional Medicine would claim some bear on a continent they didn’t know existed until a few hundred years ago has magical gall bladder that’s worth forking over $10,000. They could literally just fly to whatever country and get a high priced doctor instead.
 
Anyways, I figuired if anyone deserves to be made fun of, it’s species-extinction-causing, tiger-penis-eating poachers.
