So originally, I was going to just post some of my million year old sketches and leave it at that buuuuttt, changed my mind. Why? Cause I wanna.
 
Anywho, for those curious, these guys are either folks I’ve never drawn (newly made) or oldies from a million years ago. So enjoy.
 
1: Up first, we have Marigold, the daughter of King Sombra and Fluttershy, the part time adventurer. Due to her unique biology, she finds herself dragged into weird situations and finds a lot of ancient artifacts that must be returned to its tomb by nightfall very often. Like, she goes on a walk to the store and gets dragged into some Indiana Jones kinds of adventure, usually coming home with a arrow tangled in her mane and fancy new jewel necklace. Despite how often this happens, Mary does in fact enjoy her secret occupation, finding the thrill she lacks at home while running from tigers and bears (She’s not good with animals). She uses the name Marisol to keep her family (mostly her over-protective papa Sombra) from knowing what she does..
 
2: The one talent that Illusive Spark (Thorax and Spikes son) inherited from his parents is his teleportation ability. He can’t change like his mama Thorax but he can set himself ablaze like other changelings. The only thing is that rather than transforming, he can produce magic fire that teleports him short distances. Mostly only as far as he can see but he loves annoying his mom by teleporting away in the middle of lectures.
 
3: A concept sketch of my Dr Caballeron and Sugar Belle child. Don’t have a name or really a character for him yet. Mostly, I just know he’d be a chubby little thing and loudly boast about himself being a huge deal, mostly to his self proclaimed bestie, Snow. As for the ship, I saw a pic of it and instantly fell in love. The scenario the user went with was that Dr C either broke into Sugar Belles place to hide or rob her, though probably the former. Stuff happens and they get together, though I cant imagine him sticking with her.
 
4: Mah Man, Salt Water Taffy! Love this guy but don’t draw him a lot since no one in my verse likes him. With good reason really, hes crazy. If anyone has ever watched Llamas with hats, Salt here is basically Carl. I honestly didn’t know the show existed before making Salt but they are so alike. Carl is how I want Salt to be but more cheery about it. He honestly sees nothing wrong with creating Monsters in his basement (he’s basically Vendetta from Making Fiends). Here however, he is showing his romantic side as he squeals in his bedroom after falling in love at first sight. He hadn’t realized anything could get him as excited as when he made a new monster but this guy… Eek, he was the best!!!!
 
5: Who is Salty crushing on? None other than the mysterious Sunflare, son of Starlight and Sunburst. Here, Salty has followed poor, confused Sunny into a cave.
 
Salt: Hi!  
Sun: Starswirls beard, who the hell are you!?  
Salt: What do you mean? We just met yesterday.  
Sun: I think I’d remember an stallion like yo-  
Salt: You punched me in the face?  
Sun: Oh… Oh! Right, the weird guy… Hi…  
Salt: [fawns] Hi~
 
6: The other concept art I made, Blueberry Snow Cone or Snow as they prefer. At this time, I haven’t decided on the sex yet. Looks wise, they seem like a boy but have them be a girl might be fun. Maybe they can be a trap, I don’t know… Anyway, Snow here is my Double Diamond x Party Favor Child and is ‘besties’ with my Cabelle child, though they are just dragged along for the ride.
 
7: An old pic of the WiTcH DoCtOr. I didn’t have a reference at the time so I didn’t realize she was a unicorn until afterwards, hence why she’s an earth pony here. Her makeup is supposed to be like the voodoo skull makeup from Dr Faciliers’ song, friends on the other side. WD is very much the same though her motives are different than the good doctor.
 
8: The last NG concept art from that time, this one being my Daring Do x Ahuizotl son. No name as of yet and his character is blank. He lives mostly with his dad but prefers staying with his mom since there’s a lot less drama and theatrics with her. He also dislikes his parents together cause they start flirting/bantering and it grosses him out. He might end up with a twin sister, so this bio might change.
