This pretty guy was commissioned by Starlyk. He is made with a modified version of my previous Siren pattern (changed the face shape and body a bit) from Steel, Charcoal, Mauve, Amethyst, Lilac and Mahogany minky with applique and fused details. He is 27” long and 14” to the top of his head, and his giant fin is wired for support. The silver feather on his chest is made from painted satin. I had a lot of fun making this guy! Doing all the piecing to get the rippled purples in his fins was really interesting, and I’m really happy with his adorable sharp face. It was nice to be able to use this pattern again!
