“Make sure the foal is tightly buckled down, to prevent wriggling and escape.” said Twilight, as she tightened the belt on Wubs chest.
 
Twilight though the treatment was going swimmingly! Little Wub had been a serial bedwetter for several months before Twilight received a letter from his mother, pleading for her to help him keep his sheets clean.
 
It was very lucky Twilight had just read an article about an experimental ‘regression therapy’ that was undergoing research and needed more test subjects. Twi herself had never participated in hands on research in the medical field, so she of course jumped at the chance to help somepony and do some real science at the same time!
 
Some ponies deem regression therapy too harsh on the subjects, since it involves breaking down of the patient and regressing them to infancy, but Twilight had heard of remarkable recoveries, and generally positive results. Twilight was adamant, if anyone could make it work, it would be her.
 
Twilight used her magic to push on the seat of Wubs diaper, squishing his mess onto his backside.
 
“Oh boy! Looks like the foals ‘special medicine’ has taken effect..” said Twilight before turning to the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
 
“A healthy flowing digestive tract is vital to a foals development, don’t be afraid to use laxatives, but always consult a pediatrician before giving your foal medication. Now where were we?”
 
“You were about to show us how to change a diaper on a big foal!” said Applebloom, stifling a snicker.
 
“Oh yes!” Said Twi as she lifted up her charges legs. “Watch closely girls, I will demonstrate, and each of you will have a turn changing him.” sait Twilight.
 
Twilight was hoping that this outing and demonstration would help little Wub realize that everyone around him will be treating him as a foal from now on, so there’s no reason to be embarrassed about using a diaper.
