There was always that one changeling… that never gave up.
I think Zim being a changeling is way more ideal than him being a typical pony. Changelings use the shapeshift ability, which is exactly what he uses in the show (technically…) to look human. The eyes are the same as the irken eyes, and just overall, that antagonist appearance.
Making Changeling Zim was easy and no problem.But, dear GOD… My hand is cramping from the pony Zim. I had such a hard time thinking about his outfit ideas for it, and yet it still came out bad… oh well. I tried.
