This is how it works basically; the “new members” thing will be for those who wish to join the changedling group of twitterponies who can’t do art themselves. So they get their oc pic for free. However, new members can only get one free drawing of their oc, and only one free oc drawing per person. New members will also be limited to not having backgrounds and other characters in the pic of their oc. And the limitation for new member art will be three per month, and I won’t be accepting any more new member requests in the next month I have finished making the ones I was given the last month. Now, if you don’t have anything that could fill in this picture, if you have a smart phone or a tablet, get PicsArt to fill this in. It’s a free to use application that can edit pics. And to post me your completed slip, you must bring the finished slip to either my /hyliandragons account or my /mlp_pharynx account on twitter. If you don’t have a twitter, then just email it to me at my email, Thelegendofzyro@gmail.com. Also, be sure to inform me what your oc’s name will be. I would really appreciate it if you could put it on the slip. Also, if I can’t accept commissions at the time, I shall update it on my journal.
