Bio:
 
Starshine takes after her father in many ways; She loves fighting, flying, short hair, and SWORDS! When she was just nine, she got her cutie mark while she was flying through the woods carrying her little play-sword. She zipped around a turn in the path and came face to face with a young timber wolf. Within thirty seconds, Starshine had chopped a leg off, deformed another, and sent the monster howling back into the Everfree.
 
As much as she takes after her father, she also takes after Twilight in the way of stubbornness. At age 12, when she decided that she was going to a junior military school, she wouldn’t take no for an answer. She even got a paying job to convince her parents she really meant it.
 
Starshine has graduated from several different junior battle schools and camps, always training harder to be the best warrior she can be. Her favorite hobby is fighting in the gladiator arenas of the Crystal Empire. She visits her ‘cousins’ Selina and Flurry Heart as often as possible, all three of them finding new ways to sneak out of the palace and enter the competitions. Twilight tries to stop her normally obedient daughter from going to the fights, but this is the one thing that Starshine absolutely loves doing. She’s a bit of an adrenaline junkie, and loves the rush when she battles in the arena. Her arena nickname is The Owl.
 
Starshine is a quiet, slightly awkward, kind, short-tempered pony. She is very protective of her laid back brother Silver Lantern, and has been called to the principal’s office on more than one occasion after beating the horse muffins out of bullies.
 
Relationships:
 
Twilight- Stashine is on good terms with her mother, but the two aren’t extremely close.  
Flash Sentry- Starshine LOVES her father! They sword fight and box together all the time, and are surprisingly open to one another about their problems and concerns.  
Silver Lantern- Starshine loves her little bro, although they don’t hang out quite as often as either wishes they could.  
Amber Rose- Starshine’s best friend, Amber and Star love going on long runs through the woods, mock-fighting, and having super secret girl talk meetings (cuz if anyone ever found out they’d die of embarrassment)
 

 
Not mush to say down here Just trying a new leg style, as well as a new reference sheet style. I modeled her wings after an owls wings, since I figured Twilights would probably be like that. I also tried to make her helmet resemble a barn owl face.
