I originally didn’t expect to be the biggest fan of Tempest Shadow. Her design was nice, I guess, but she just seemed like the edgelord OC from every two-bit ponyfic you’ve ever read. So imagine my surprise when she turned out to be my favorite character from the movie (other than BURD PIRATE QUEEN). Everything about her just came together perfectly: her design, her animation, her backstory, the performance by Emily Blunt, it was really something to see.
 
Sp Aeridiccore just released her model, and this was my quick and dirty attempt to do a pic of Anthro Tempest. She was a bit tricky to headhack as her body is considerably more angular than what ponies usually have, so it was a little tougher to get her to look just right, but I’m pretty happy with the results.
 
Also this is meant to be my interpretation over an event that happened off camera in the movie. While we never actually see Ponyville, a couple of wide angle shots seems to indicate that it got outright sacked, complete with fires. So this is my interpretation of that event.
 
Also it’s an excuse for me to play around with fire effects in SFM, which is always fun.
 
Song: Infinite -Sonic Forces OST (I really do feel this is a fitting song for her based on her character)
