Sakura has some rare condition and suffers from asthma attacks and fever since forever. Thakfully she gets better over the years. There were a certain pediatrician she used to love, she was funny and pretty good with kids. Sakura loved her. When her family moved to Ponyville due to her improvement on her illness, she still visited her old doctor for her routine visits.
 
I still have nothing thought for her, but believe it or not, that doctor right there has already two kids, one of them adopted and a marvellous lover. I’ll probably call her Carol, just because I like that name.
