Emerald wakes up the next morning, thankfully feeling a little less horny than before. He sits up in bed and sees Ruby still asleep.
 
The colt looks around for Joyride. It doesn’t look like she is in the room anywhere. Did she even come back last night? She did say not to wait up for her.
 
Emerald carefully walks over to the window and takes a look outside. The window looks into the back of the inn, and there doesn’t appear to be anyone out there at the moment.
 
The colt hears his stomach rumble, and then starts to creep towards the door.
 
Emerald hears a yawn from behind him and some shuffling, and he turns to see a bleary-eyed Ruby looking at him.
 
“You going to breakfast? Wait for me…” She says, slowly getting out of bed and stretching.
 
The two make their way downstairs. The bar is empty now except for the occasional passed out zebra and what he assumes are other guests at the Inn. A zebra waitress comes by and gives the pair a menu. Ruby excitedly looks over the menu, but is disappointed to see that it’s all in Zebra.
 
Emerald orders them both some “Akara”, which turns out to be some sort of tasty, spiced, deep-fried bean cake that comes with a custard-like corn sauce for dipping.
