So I did a step-by-step like forever ago and finally uploaded it. I split it into separate parts so it’s easier to comment on each one :P

So here’s Aaron Beale’s plugin. He has some other useful ones available as well, so check it out. They’re for Adobe Fireworks CS6, but to my knowledge will work with Adobe Photoshop as well.
