Emerald attempts to ask more questions about the demon, but Pipadeaxkor forestalls him.
 
“Now now~! Any more is going to cost you.” the demon says
 
“I think that’s about enough, Pip.”
 
Emerald looks around to see Gregarious has snapping the book shut with a frown on his face.
 
“Hey! What’s the big idea!” Emerald hears demon say, muffled by the pages of the book.
 
“Now I thought she’d be a little bit more well behaved, but I guess she has gotten a bit antsy over the years. Perhaps I should come speak to her more.” Gregarious says while ignoring her cries. He suddenly looks Emerald in the eyes and says, “There is a reason why it’s well known not to make deals with demons, child. Now, I think it’s time we left.”
 
Gregarious puts the book back on the shelf and starts to shoo Emerald out of the room. As he goes, Emerald hears a whisper that tickles his ear as if someone were speaking straight into it.
 
“Get me out of here, and I’ll tell you whatever you want!” Pip’s voice says desperately.
 
After closing the door behind him, Gregarious claps his hooves and says, “Alright child, what did you want to see next?”
