Emerald looks around for a food vendor, and spies someone selling corn-on-the-cob.
 
He approaches the booth and purchases one for a bit, and while he eats he thinks of something to do. The night is still young, and he is feeling sort of confident being out in his disguise. He wishes he was still blue colored though.
 
He suddenly remembers the dog tags he found and pulls them out of his pockets.
 
Maybe he could find a way to return these? He thinks it’d be pretty dangerous to outright give them to a guard, mostly because of the questions they might ask, but maybe he can find another way to do it.
 
Emerald plays with the idea of just chucking it into a barracks or perhaps even at a soldier, but quickly comes to the realization that he already knows a soldier he could probably trust with this.

Emerald wonders if he should get in contact with her. He has his lantern on him so he could send her a note pretty easily, he thinks. Though he doesn’t want to be a bother either… Perhaps there is another way to get these dog tags found?
