A closed species I created.
 
Equine Bats are similar to Breezies in size and in the way to acheive this form. The only way to achieve this form is by magic, and only by the use of a Vampony. Vamponies are only able to turn into this form, and unicorn are able to turn other Vamponies such as Pegasi and Earth Vamponies to this form (with enough magic).
 
When turned into an Equine Bat, these ponies grow larger ears, as well as a great sense of echo location. Unicorns hold a higher advantage over Earth Vamponies, but not Pegasi.Pegasi hold the best advantage in this form, due to being able to fly. Unicorns can change when they want if they have enough magic, but are not as used to flying. Also, The horns of Unicorns are sharper than in their other forms. This helps them defend themselves.
 
All creatures are not without their predators. These predators are hawks, owls, and even snakes, as they mistake them for normal bats.
 
Regarding manes, they are not as long. The mane on their heads shorten, and the mane on their necks turn in to large or short fluffy patches going down the length of their backs. The tail is shorter to keep from snagging on branches in flight or when they rest.
