Daring Do and her human companion have gone in search of the fabled Temple of Undine, hoping to uncover forgotten treasures of an age long since past. Abandoned by ponies millennia ago, the temple has fallen into myth. All who have gone in search of it have never returned, leading to haunting stories and terrifying tales, spoken of only in whispers in dark corners.  
The legends tell of a beautiful mare, appearing one moment and vanishing like a ghost the next, clad in shimmering robes like wet scales. Her siren song calls out from the depths, seductive, sweet and terrible, drawing the unwary and weak-willed. The stories claim she is a water spirit of ancient times, the last of the Undine, a soulless creature from the primordial past. Alone in the dark, forgotten… and hungry. But those are nothing but old pony tales.  
Yet, as Daring Do and her companion draw closer to the temple, she could swear she could hear a faint song echoing somewhere in the deep…
