It’s the same OC character from beginning to end, just appearing in human form and then pony form. That’s the only time I’ve ever seen that. It’s not generic animu guy painfully and hideously has his body transformed in the ugliest way possible, with organs being ripped apart and glued back together in such a way as to make anyone vomit but the sick freaks who draw this stuff, and generic animu guy is transformed in one of Hieronymus Bosch’s hellscape fever dreams into a canon female character.
 
Yeah, this, but the way I say it sounds funnier.
