This started as the quick request for ogrelord74 on DA only to find out I had used the wrong proportions in the thumbnail sketch >>330644 That sketch had Celestia’s hips at three and half heads down. Those proportions are more for Luna and Cadance. Celestia’s hips are supposed to be drawn at four heads down, because tall. So I re-drew it as a pin-up of her in what I’m calling the Sundancer outfit. Something I first drew here >>2904832 which was based on >>2748727 which already had that look going for it. From there I developed into a more proper belly dancing attire you see here. Though apparently it needs more development, because the top looks a little off here. And I’m not willing to just handwave it off as nipples being way off center is just quick of alicorn anatomy.
