Cloudy Skies is a happy and energetic little filly. She enjoys cheering up ponies like her mother and sisters. However, she’s not quite as good at it as them. She ends up coming off as a downer because she tends to say the wrong things at the wrong time (unintentionally of course). If she accidentally makes somepony sad she apologizes like crazy even when it’s not that big a deal. She has a difficult time making friends the first time she meets them. She’s the kind of pony that grows on others over time. Her looks make her a little less approachable compared to her sisters (much like Maud compared to Pinkie). However, when others get to know her better, they find Sky is a genuinely good friend. She is also quite klutzy but only when she gets too excited. Despite being happy most of the time, Cloudy has confidence issues and gets down on herself a lot. Her sisters outshine her when it comes to making others happy which is something she’d like to be able to do. She makes it a bigger deal than it actually is and overexaggerates the problem to the point where she feels insignificant compared to them although she’s not. As she gets older, she finds making others happy that way is not what she’s meant to do and tries to find out exactly what she’s meant to do. Because of this, she mellowed out over time and became less excitable. She and her younger twin, Sugar Rush, help make deliveries at Sugarcube Corner for the Cake twins.
 
 
Relationships:  
Cloudy and her parents are crazy close but she’s definitely a daddy’s girl. She always felt that she could relate to him a little more.
 
Cloudy loves her sisters. She’s hangs around at least one of them all the time (more often than not, it’s her twin, Sugar Rush). She feels kinda lost when she’s not around them. She and Candy don’t spend as much time together as she and Sugar do, but they’re still very close. Sugar and Sky are inseparable and like typical cartoon twins, they finish each other’s thoughts and sentences. They argue a lot too though (mostly about stupid things).
 
Cloudy Skies, like her twin and most other fillies, has a little crush on Icy Storm. No pony knows about the crush;not even Sugar. She keeps it a secret thinking that a guy like him would never like a klutz like her. Despite all of this, Cloudy and Icy are still good friends. They ended up alone once and she freaked out because she was with ther crush and she wasn’t with her sister. Luckily, Icy was cool (as usual) and ended up teaching her about the weather and how to do cool flying tricks.
 
Cloudy is great friends with the CMC kids as well. Primarily Pixel since she doesn’t judge any pony and is easy to talk to. She tags along on adventures with them every once in a while.
 
Nighty and Cloudy are rather distant. He hates getting into trouble and Cloudy’s track record for getting into trouble makes him uncomfortable. However, when doing something safe, he has no problem hanging around her.
