Odin the Necromage:
 
Born of Princess Celestia, Odin is the Prince of the dead in Equestria. Odin is a Sensitive Medium, with abilities to commune and interact with the dead. he is also capable of raising the undead to fight for him (Zombies, Liches, Ancient Royal Priests, Draugr, and Skeletons to name a few).
 
Being Celestia’s son. Odin is a very powerful Alicorn, however he holds these powers in resolve. rarely will he accept the throne and take charge, and only if the situation deems it. otherwise, Odin prefers to live in seclusion in his lair in the Canterlot Mountains (one of the caves that feeds a the streams for the water falls of the city). preferring to stay in the shadows and out of site.
 
Despite being seclusive and shy, Odin is quite a playful stallion. he will often try and use his invisibility spell to pull pranks on other ponies. often using Poltergeist tactics to move furniture and objects to confuse and lightly frighten them (this has gotten Odin into trouble when he played these pranks on his aunt Luna). He also has a temper when angered (though it takes a lot to anger or offend him), often throwing a Property destructive fit, but controls it enough to ensure no one gets hurt. Lastly, Odin is a fierce fighter when the situation calls for it, often summoning a scythe of his own making through his own magic. and is able to use his wings as a blunt shield and create strong wind blasts to knock opponents back.

A/N: Yes! I’ve finaly revived one of my old characters! this is Odin, a character I did a long time ago, and yes he’s an Alicorn (“OH MAI GAWD! ALICORN OC! NYAH! its tewwablez!” lol Oh lord I love this fandom) he is Celestia’s son, a Concept I loved for a long time. I made a few changes to his character, but the biggest change is his design. I wanted to go with more of a show accurate, yet freely creative design for Odin. his first picture was Okay but he just looked like a normal horse and the wings were horrible. so I decided to start from scratch. I based his body design on what my ideas of a stallion Alicorn would be like. I image one would be alot broader in the chest, thicker legs, and shorter mane and tail. I also wanted to give Odin some large wings, Very Anime-ish, (got inspired by the Zero Wing Gundam from Endless Waltz) and I made them big more for the fact to hold his weight in flight and so he can use them as shields in combat.
 
I also changed his color scheme. I made him a lighter shade of black (with medium grey outlines), and Dark shade of purple eyes to compliment his coat (his eyes were originaly orange, being Purple, they more feel like they came from Celestia’s pink eyes as his father’s may have been blue). His mane and tail however remains bluish grey with the white mist flowing through it. I always loved that design and I think I’ll stick to that. I also updated the cutiemark.
 
the one design change I am most proud of is the addition of Fetlocks! Oh My Gosh! He’s so Fluffy now! and that’s how I always wanted to view him. Odin is meant to have a soft furry coat. and the Fetlocks really help that along. and I just love stallions with fetlocks, its so adorable!
