Return to the Wonderbolt Academy already?! Pretty nice actually, because we got
to see a friendship dynamic we haven’t really seen before. Like most friendships,
they can be quite complex, and this was no exception he-he. On where both rely
on each other, but might hold them back from seeing the truth. So a bit too
much dependence. And with a good scenario to show where, why, how.

Taking a test to get into an academy or school or w/e can always be daunting,
but often indeed involves an individual testing. Even the tests that are actually
in a group will still rely on you being an individual being flexible enough to hold
yourself up and work in any team configuration. Not just one specific individual.
Although there of course still plenty of places where it can be exactly what you
need to do better. Beyond that test. Where you’re experienced enough not just with
yourself but with a specific some-pony else, where you become a well oiled machine.

Either way, it’s an interesting dynamic, and the friendship problem here put the characters
facing the truth. That Sky Stinger, though… was kinda mean he pulled the blame on Vapor.
At least it didn’t linger too long, but it was kinda embarrassing moment for him as well.
Ignorance is bliss. There can be things said for both sides, though. From the start as
a young colt, it seemed he wasn’t really aware of the assistance Vapor gave to his abilities.
Now how he got through all those years? Who knows. But I’ve seen very close friends stick
close to each other through most of their lives, doing almost everything together.

So that’s not too far fetched.

Any-who. Twilight’s face… Just have to mention that bit too.
Oh and, Rainbow Dash, will she ever truly get her cider?
