What with all the movies that Ive watched based on true events of your world, there is usually a lot of negativity and fatalism going on, and while this movie is not exempt of it there is a lot of positivity to take from this. Its quite remarkable to see how bands and sides are pushed aside and each army sees just people. People in an impossible situation with no good outcome.
 
If I were to nitpick perhaps it could have showed the leaders and those in command in a more objective light instead of blindingly vilifying them for the purpose of the movie, but it doesnt bother me enough to ruin the movie, far from it. If you have the chance to watch it do so. Its the perfect film to share the goodness of the season and to get you in the holiday spirit.”
