History; Starfall was born in the Crystal Empire while Twilight was in the Empire visiting her Brother, Sister-in-law, and Sunburst. Once Starfall was old enough to travel, Twilight returned with her to Ponyville, but soon into her toddler years, Twilight realized that a princess’ castle was no way to raise a foal. Twilight was constantly coming and going and never really stayed in one place long enough to raise a foal properly. After some coaxing from her mate, she returned with Starfall to the Crystal Empire and Sunburst raised Starfall alongside Flurry Heart, without the very busy Momma. Through her years, Starfall would often visit Twilight of course, and would attend school in Ponyville in the month at a time she usually spent with her mother. This is when she first met Cloudchase. Having been a young foal when the rest of the Neo group were born, she met the eldest of them all at school, and he became her very first friend. She never got to meet the others, no matter how often Cloudchase would try and get her to come join them. When she was old enough to decide, she stopped returning to Ponyville for long periods of time, and eventually it just became weekends here or there when she wasn’t busy with school and had the motivation to go. Eventually, however, Sunburst convinced Starfall to go and live with Twilight, now that she was a young mare, because Sunburst knew so little about raising a female and he was determined for Twilight and Starfall to bond.

Personality; She’s extremely shy and introverted, used to being left alone with her books. She’s a lot like Twilight was in the beginning, but unlike her mother, she doesn’t have many friends, and has troubles opening up to make them. She prefers to just sit alone and read quietly. As a filly, she was a crybaby and often bullied, but even so, she never told her parents for fear that her mother would blast the other foals to smithereens or her Aunt and Uncle would get involved and just make things so much worse.
